Paul is passionate about helping individuals and organisations achieve their full potential and thrive in a changing and challenging environment. He offers accredited and customised workshops that enhance organisational culture, communication, collaboration, and performance. Paul has a strong background in mental health, psychology, compliance, leadership, management and humanitarian work. Paul is a strong business development professional who established Shine at Work Pty Ltd as its founding Director in October 2020. Shine at Work focuses on providing organisational training and well-being solutions to promote employee well-being.
